CLFA LETTER TO BOF REGARDING EXTENSION OF EMERGENCY NOTICE EFFECTIVE PERIOD : On August 3, 2009, CLFA wrote a letter of support to the BOF regarding the “Emergency Notice Effective Period Extension, 2009” rule package, which increases the effective time for an Emergency Notice to one year, from the current standard of 120 days.
